Spence Diamonds looked for unique angle when it came to the jewelry retail experience that customers receive. Most important was creating an environment that addressed millennials’ interest, socially conscious consumers, and the tech-savvy market—all while telling their luxury brand story. As a result, the layout created a fresh approach to the jewelry shopping experience. The design brings more energy and life into the space as well as quiet locations for those who are interested in some privacy while shopping.
