Luxury and Design Meet for Spence Diamonds

Spence Diamonds looked for unique angle when it came to the jewelry retail experience that customers receive. Most important was creating an environment that addressed millennials’ interest, socially conscious consumers, and the tech-savvy market—all while telling their luxury brand story. As a result, the layout created a fresh approach to the jewelry shopping experience. The design brings more energy and life into the space as well as quiet locations for those who are interested in some privacy while shopping. For the socially conscious customers, Spence contributes a portion of all sales to Not For Sale, a nonprofit working to end human trafficking. Check out Spence Diamonds.

Tapper’s Achieves Levels of Elegance

Tapper’s flagship store was a major step in its development to extend hospitality, sense of style and range of exclusive brands to an unfamiliar audience. The store occupies a major intersection of the Somerset North mall and takes advantage of prime sight lines. The design configuration allows for on-floor servicing of most transactions, keeping the store associates on the sales floor and at the point of transaction, connecting with the guest from greeting to thank you. An added bonus: Tapper’s Tap Room provides refreshment bar and a gathering space serving draft beer from Michigan-owned breweries, draft root beer, soft drinks and water.
